lost tool bar

help, I have lost the File Edit View etc from my toolbar, can't click tools of course, tried pressing F11 but no luck. Am on Firefox and XP, please how do I get it back. TIA rosy

Press the ALT key (it's next to the space bar in my keyboard) to temporarilly show the menu. Then, click on View, select Toolbars and then click on Menu Bar so that it

where it used to sit (File Edit View History Bookmarks Tools Help ) at top approx middle screen right click then click to tick menu bar.

Lost tool bar.

I seem to have lost my toolbar that runs on top my screen. How do i get it back? Could you please answer in non-computer language as I'm a bit of a technology Luddite.

Lost tool bar

I seemed to have lost the toolbar which runs along the bottom of the screen - I cant see the Start button or any other icons.
