Has anyone,like me ever tried to navigate their way through software giant Adobe.com website? What a bl***y nightmare....! I did get an emailed response of the 'no reply' variety. Don't know why they can't give you a two-way address so you can actually COMMUNICATE with them!

Sorry, I had to get that off my chest!
