"End of file error Parsing ac3 audio stream"

Hello, When ever I attempt to burn a video to a disc I always get this message in a dialogue box. I use Real Player.

Is the original file an MPG or AVI type file? If so I would be inclined to try and convert the format slightly in the hope that the converting program would repair the problem.
You could try the "FORMAT FACTORY" which I find very useful.
