how do I change my password on my laptop?

Hi I have a Compaq laptop how do I change my password to access the computer?

Can get in it but I need to change it as my son has got it and i don`t want him using it

You can get a dongle that has to be in place before the machine will operate ; just don't lose the dongle...

On mine, you go into Control Panel, User Accounts, Change password.
