Ceefax cricket pages

The cricket pages on Ceefax have never been brilliant & it has been obvious on occasions that the person inputting the information has no knowledge of the game. However, without Teletext, we must put up with the poor service provided by Ceefax.

The Clydesdale Bank 40 competition is no in full swing with regular games. However, one of the pages showing the tables (356 4/5) has not been updated since 23rd May and is now out of date.

I'm just getting this grumble off my chest & I already feel better!

Those tables match what the BBC has on it's website sports pages http://news.bbc.co.uk...es_tables/8367911.stm

Might it just be the date that's not been changed?

Thanks, bibblebub, but I had already checked on the BBC website. The tables there were updated soon after the most recent games had been played. It is the Ceefax pages that have not been updated.

I am particularly annoyed because the tables show my team in bottom place when it is not!
