What's that noise that's going on all the time, seemingly at every game, at this Confederation Cup tournament?

Damned, irritating trumpets and horns, about as maddening as those prats who bang drums during games.

Theyve banned these horns/trumpets etc in european grounds. Trouble is you give one of these to some young kid and they can make a deafenning row - was at at a small non league ground last season (Farsley Celtic) and one small lad drowned out the complete away singing support!
