Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

Good morning everyone - a bit on the warm side here today so operations have moved inside and too much more of this will see us bunkering down just to ride out the rough stuff and emerge in Autumn.

Ok we're back with colours again, but only one while the others will present a challenge -

As always, everyone is very welcome to join in - just post your entry before midnight Sunday, then do check the results which I'll post early Monday morning...you never know your luck, you could be crowing !!

For the newcomers among us - I have posted the clues for these word links in my previous post, and you may find they help in selecting your answers, or perhaps in what to avoid ... to my knowledge we've never had a repeat of a clue as a link word ie vegetable used to make bhajis .... answer ..onion..the match wouldn't be onion bhaji ....I do hope that makes some sense.

Anyway, before I confuse everyone, I'll wish you all Good Luck and we'll get underway !!
