Anyone remember the sorry finale to this at St Andrews? Poor Doug Sanders on the last green had a short downhill putt to win and missed and then lost the play off to the great Jack Nicklaus....

One of the most legendary sad sights the Sanders miss especially after a great up and down from the bunker on 17.Nicklaus,a true great in every sense.Great story about the duel.Great competitor,I wonder how Tiger wouldve got on in the same era(s)?
