Again the disgraceful scenes of the old trafford sides manager lamblasting the linesman during today game .At his age and his supposed knowledge of the game .He should know that his even team will not get a decision overturned .Credit to the ref giving that goal because it was a goal .He the old trafford sides manager should be warned of his conduct and banned from going any where near the officials.

do you mean Sir Alec?
Can't deny that he is a good manager ....but he is also a first rate Snag!
Question Author
aye fergie is it
Or even Sir Alex, only doing what all other managers do if they think there team was wronged
I heard the incident through the Soccer Special on Sky Sports and Matt Le Tissier painted quite a good picture.

However, like Alan Shearer has just said, it's difficult because of the active/passive part of the rule. I can really understand why Fergie was angry, but, I can understand why the lino put the flag up. Cissé was moving into an offside position, but Jonny Evans was also pushing him toward the goal.

I do think that the Referee should have moved Fergie to his seat though.
At least he's first rate Mick...............
No, Magicmick....he was disgraceful.

Would you allow anyone to talk to you like that?
Sir Alex, best manager in the world!
The manager is allowed anywhere in the technical area, the only way he can be told to leave it is to be sent off
You tell 'em sibo....................

your point is, mm?
Question Author
Was he thinking of lifting the wrigleys?
MT as long as he does not swear is is allowed to make his point, as it stands no one has said he swore
Still not getting your point.
MT I was refering to JK's thread saying the ref should have moved him to his seat, he does not have to sit in seat
Question Author
"Excuse me young man but was there a possibility that goal could possibally could have not been allowed against my team who never seem to get decisions " would he have said summit like that
I said during the game that he should be sent off, as did my 14 year old son.

Obviously if I was in your face coughing out chewing gum, calling you useless and generally shouting at you .....you would be ok with that, so long as I never swore at you?
MT I refer you to my first thread of this debate, so we would then have to send all managers off
Not true

Anyway this thread is about Ferguson ....do you think his behavior was ok?
The officials did the right thing, never argue with a drunk
