Motor Racing

Every time I switch on the box , there seem to be a different type of motoring racing - car - competition going on somewhere

There seems to be tons of different competitions ( cars ) , taking europe alone

Is there a body that covers most of these competitions and what is it - the obvious one is the FIA ? - Are there others ? .

Where would I find a list of all the different competitions in just Europe alone ?
