if a penalty shootout was level at 4 all and the first teams 5th penalty was missed.The second teams 5th penalty taker was approaching to take the penalty and the opposing goalie threw the ball...

arsenal and 'that' penalty !

on sky they said that since cryuff and olsen did it(properly!) the rules were changed that after the penalty taker touches the ball an opposition player must touch it before any player on his own team...

Penalty taker ?

Any ABer's know ( or educated guess ), who would take a penalty tonight against Italy, should one be awarded during play, asssuming Rooney and Gerrard are both on the pitch ?

The Laws: odd penalty

What stops the taker of a penalty kick from not shooting but passing to a team mate who shoots and scores? Does it matter whether he passes the ball to outside the penalty area or passes it sideways...

if a player takes a penalty, and the ball hits the post, and bounces back to the original taker, can that player score the penalty or is it classed as a double hit?????
