Phil Dowd to Referee Cup Final,could be worse I suppose,they might have appointed Howard Webb or that Clown, Atkinson.Anybody any thoughts?

I'll settle for Phil Dowd. Of course,on balance, I'd prefer Atkinson, being a Chelsea fan, because we'd never need goal line technology with him, he's so accurate. Trouble is he might not be consistent, in his accuracy, in Chelsea's favour!
