Blimey - women boxers don't allow defensive considerations to inhibit them; if only some of the male boxers were as attack minded there'd be a lot more interesting bouts.

Or is it simply too amateurish?

too amateurish.

I'm not knocking them but it had the look of two schoolboys when they first get the gloves on. The main difference being that the girls did move their feet.

Don't get me wrong I'm not complaining; they look like they want to win whereas a lot of the male boxers give the impression that they don't want to lose. Much more entertaining than most of the men's bouts that I've sat through.
