Anyone who signs Owen is definitely in need of psychiatric help, isn't his nickname now 'Sicknote' ?
Good Riddance to Owen!
I have a funny feeling he'll do an ok job for Man Utd.
The money grabbing bar steward didnt show any passion playing for the toon in the last 6 months, maybe Fergie can get something out of him
Two things - Sheringham and Henrik
In SAF we trust
2 more things Kleberson and Eric Djemba Djemba, in SAF you trust! ;o)
Only joking............Queue a list of ex Newcastle players (and current) who are very poor!
As a man utd supporter i cannot believe fergie has bought a one legged cripple who has had his day, owen must be rubbing his hands together, he is past it too many injuries come on fergie what are you thinking of!!!
perhaps owen has given fergie some shares in his horses!!!
yes clarion i agree
you might as well call your ground the theatre of has beens
I thought he was free and only got paid if he plays? Well over the 20,000 a week he'll get otherwise.
Maybe Fergie's hoping Owen has got some handy gambling tips?
I expect Ferguson has a plan, he's not often wrong
Yep. Get that trophy packed and delivered to London SW6 next May. ;-)
what a set of t0ssers Man U fans are. Ferguson has delivered time and time again when YOU the SO CALLED supporters have questioned his sanity .
that said ............
not being a Man U fan i hope this time you are right.

Ric.ror:
Henrik? How dare you try to "claim" the King of Paradise?
I think owen will be ok as he wont be expected to play every week and at least he will be in a decent team now, I say that as a Sunderland supporter(please dont laugh)

Far from being a to$$er, I was making a joke of it, cos that's how it seemed to me.
I think Fergie will use Owen in the same way he did Tevez, but Owen lacks the energy of Tevez.
I expect he will use Valencia on a more regular basis AND I think he will still try to sign another big name.
You think it will happen this time for you Les?
Where's all the Scousers? What's you verdicts? As if I need to ask.
sol cambell next!!
one thing though, united will get him match fit.
who's Owen? in SAF we trust.
big shiney trophy for you Les, spit and polish.

Am wondering if Mr Owen will be 'injured' when the Liverpool fixture comes around...
Yeah i bet he'll be injured when the Newcastle fixture comes around................. oh hang on :o(
If anybody can get the best out of Owen, it`ll be Fergie, lets be honest Kinnear & Shearer as motivational & aware managers, I dont think so.
I think he will do a good job for Utd in the short term.
What about Utd fans hating scousers though LOL, mind you their geography skills are sometimes lacking

I've never hated Scousers. I stood on the old Kop a few times and had great fun, even when we lost once. I have many friends who are Liverpool fans.
Don't forget I must have been the only United fan to have read the Liverpool Echo on the Monday after Liverpool won 4-1 at OT.
My outlook has always been never to take it too seriously. Sport is a glorious triviality.
And of course the "rivalry" is always stoked up by the papers.
Newcastle Utd were relgated last season. How will that affect the lives of all their fans? In no way whatsovever.
It's just a game. That's all. I wish more people would remember that.
10 clarion st, you obviously don't live in the North-East like me if you think fans aren't affected. As I said before, you can't get near the Wailing Wall in Jerusalem for Newcastle Supporters.!!
