Admittedly, that's taken slightly out of context of the judgement as a whole, but to pretend that this is "friendly banter" is really beyond the pale...
Any truth that he said "I'm delighted to be exonertated; I told you that black c*nt was lying?

As Mark says, how this can be passed off as"friendly" banter is utterly beyond belief.
