Ric.Ror perhaps the druggie mistook him for JT

"No handshakes in Chelsea v QPR game."
The officials were told by the FA,to cancel them,in light of the then pending court case, against JT,for rascist abuse against Anton Ferdinand. |

LFC Always the victims never to blame?
Reputation is shot - Shankly/Paisley legacy sullied, maybe beyond repair. Apology is to late. The only people who think differently are LFC. |

stevee get yer head back in the tabloid trough with the rest of the baying mob

I make up my own mind, I think its a pity that you cannot see the repercussions for your club.
I understand blind loyalty, but from the first moment it was down to Suarez and its being continued by LFC - The fact the board has had to step in makes it obvious that neither Suarez or Dalglish are truly contrite. If you think this is just a sky/tabloid storm in a tea cup. Your wrong. I see you appear to think that people cannot think for themselves or form their own opinions from what they see. I suggest (to mix metaphors) you get your head out of the clouds and smell the coffee, and see the damage across the world that has been done to the standing of your great club. Or maybe you will just stand in the corner and stamp your feet. |

Steve, I think if there had been any chance of proving this, it should have been dealt with exactly the same as the Suarez situation. Why it wasn't we don't know and haven't been told.

Steve's right. Evra drops his hand as Suarez approaches

As a United fan, I think all this Suarez business should be put to bed now. Fergie was wrong in my opinion to try and tell Liverpool what to do. I think he'll very much regret saying what he did. We won the match and that is the most important thing for me. I suppose that's easy to say if you're not directly involved.
On a footballing point, I think Liverpool now realize they are inferior to United. You can tell that by the way they approached the last 2 matches with United. They were frightened of losing but got away with it in the cup. |

How Luis Suarez contrived to make Dalglish look like an idiot.
Daily Telegraph: Liverpool manager Kenny Dalglish insists that Luis Suárez will follow etiquette and shake Patrice Evra's hand // “People are already speculating on the pre-match ceremony,” Dalglish said. “But from Luis’s point of view, we have spoken to him and I know he will shake the hand of Patrice Evra and the other Manchester United players before the game.” // http://www.telegraph....trice-Evras-hand.html If any player, no matter how good (I'm looking at you Jaap Stam) had humilated SAF in such a way, he would be out of the club as fast as you could say failed drug test. Suarez will be a Man City player next season. |
