My spirit of choice would be either Baileys or Jack Daniels, cheers

I am not entirely sure, but I think it is some sort of belief system whereby you can achieve happiness, fulfillment and enlightenment by making the right (spirit) choices.

It might be a different way of referring to (chanelling) positive thinking over negative (or practical/judgemental) thinking.

Having the right spirit (attitude towards a solution) brings forth fruit. And the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control.

I may of course be completely off track, but I am sure if I am, someone will let us know.
