There's not a lot of the new age speak that I buy in to but there is one thing - Live in the moment! If we haven't lived by this maxim for all of our lives we may be in a situation which we believe we wouldn't have chosen at this point - but we're here today and so the best we can do for ourselves is to own it, look it squarely in the face and choose the way we approach it NOW!

When we choose a course of action or response for those reaons somebody else's opinion becomes almost insignificant! Then no matter how it goes - you've done what you did for the best for you. There's no disappointment - just experience.
