Theland I don't know you but I have been very interested in your answers on R & S. I can't say I know what you're going through as fortunately, I haven't been in that position myself but I wish you all the very best. You seem to have a great deal of support on here. Good luck.

Thank you. Yes maybe I need to commit a few therapeutic sins. The naughtiest thing I 've done lately, is to put extra Worcester sauce on my cheese on toast!
