Hello Jane, there's none stranger than us lot in R&S, so welcome stranger. :o)

i'm not very clued up with a lot of stuff on here but find it interesting and enjoy reading peoples opinions.
Theland & wiz seem to have strong opinions and say the right things to those who seem to have problems. they also have earned total respect here.
i think most on R&S seem very nice. well saying that i don't think i've come across an unpleasent person on here.
mind you, if there's ever conflict....i stay well away from anywhere....lol

Theland, I reckon you've already made several steps forward . . . but I'll withhold final judgment pending your own affirmation.
Thanks for the progress report.

I read R&S when I am really bored (sorry) but usually lurk in A&N.
Sorry to hear you are in the pits of hell Theland. I am there too - probably waving from the Scottish end.
I have suffered from bipolar disorder for years and the depressive stage is terrible. A few weeks back I was feeling better and then got floored by the flu.
It is a horrible feeling - feeling that there is nothing to look forward to in life and unless somebody has been there you can't describe the horrible feeling going on inside your head.
Even by coming onto AB you have made some progress - visiting the lunatics on here must cheer you up a little.
Keep well.
Susan
PS - I just typed all that under my cat's username and had to move the text. I will have to teach the little moron how to log off.

Susan, I love AB. There are always friendly folk about.
Strange how this is beyond accurate words to describe it, yet people know exactly what it is like.
