Excellent Rating
It's also called, "Name it and claim it," in pseudo 'Christian' circles.

Personally, I think the magic, or rather the hocus pocus, is in the Enya music.

They should have used Hawkwind.

although not in the same way , i do believe in visualisation technique in life, as in, I used to play a lot of footbal, and when taking free kicks, penalties etc, you use this to see where you want the ball to go,, same in darts, it works, it also works when working. believe it or not. but it is open to abuse.

Wizard - I saw the thread - What date does the programme go out?

Ray - I agree with you up to a point but as you say, this is taken to ridiculous lengths by so called gurus out to make a quick buck, or management consultants who couldn't run a p1$$ up in a brewery.
I can, I did, six months in a brewery, money was cr@p but fond memories of throwing myself into my work!

Thengland...apparantly it is transmitted sometime in the autumn. We sat through two shows filming. It was actually quite interesting and we even got a drink of orange and a kitkat (on the bbc) half way through. As you can tell the bbc are VERY generous.

Hi Guys, we haven't been watching television. We've just left a dinner party where, by 11pm, our hosts were a little the worse for wear. Therefore, being considerate guests, best we leave and let them go to bed, we thought. (Simon Cowell missed out on my Orville the Duck impression - big mistake for an entrepreneur trying to make a name for himself!! What he needs is positive thinking!).

This is shades of Noel Edmonds, don't you think? Having said that, I truly believe that positive thinking, and an optimistic outlook does, without doubt, improve ones life. I'm not saying that it will bring you a Ferrari, holidays in exotic places, or untold riches - but it certainly helps. If you want it, you have to get out there and strive for it. Few of us are born truly privileged, and there's no doubt that 'Life' happens to everyone - but it's the way that we meet it and deal with it that determines success or failure. Blimey, getting a bit profound. Maybe it's time I went to bed too! :o)

Love the Hawkwind link Theland, that takes me back ...
I can't believe in all this visualisation/cosmic ordering whatever they call it. People will start believing that we are descended from spacemen soon!
Do believe in positive thinking though - makes life a lot easier. I think Naomi's rather profound statement is quite correct.

Obviously you don't understand the principles of visulisation or ordering etc.......you don't visulaise a negative! You viualise abundance of food, a state of well-being and health, having a complete body! Rhonda's interpretation is somewhat suspect but at least she has made some people more aware of our true purpose of enjoying this wonderful life. Check out the origins of the secret! as you have such a negative attitute this is what you are attracting!
