No, not in the least.

I'm assuming you're not old enough to remember things like the Poll Tax riots or the Brixton Riots in the 80's because if you did you'd know how far things have to go before there are riots let alone civil war.

A civil war requires leadership and a specific goal

The nearest has been the Northern Ireland situation depending on your perspective you could call the Easter rising and the later partition a civil war.

Read up on that and you'll see how far removed we are from such circumstances
