when a pub is busy,why dont landlords help out behind the bar? theyre flippin bone idle!!,

Well sambro,
I am afraid you appear to be either sexist and/or ignorant.
Our Landlady is the licence holder for her(Free House) Pub.
Not all Pubs are run by men nowadays,many are run by women"Landlords" without the assistance(or existence) of a husband or equivalent Landlord.
Our is,and is all the better for it!
