I chanced upon it whilst trying to settle a dispute with my husband about football -never resolved it but I stayed on-and here I am 5yrs later -WHAT !!!!!!!! -seriously -must check my profile it cant be that long and the rest they say is history -great friends and great craic !!! (well I i did have a diversion to Froggers/Exochat -banned- where I met most of my bestest pals but I have met plenty here)

I can't quite remember, it was 5 years ago in October! I've a feeling it might have been something to do with music, probably northern soul.
It took me 2 or 3 weeks to pluck up the courage to ask a question and there wasn't a lot of 'chat' unless it was related to the question, nastiness was almost unheard of.

I joined to try to find an answer to a question that a 12-year-old girl had asked me over 30 years ago (and which has been nagging me ever since!). Despite some excellent contributions from ABers, I still don't really know what answer I should have given her ;-)
