Office Party's etc, the result, hospitals getting Izz heads, abusing the staff, why the hell aren't these people charged with the self inflicted cost of their treatment?

because the NHS is free at the point of delivery. Many things people go to casualty for a self inflicted (strokes, heart attacks, not looking where they are going, or where hte knife is chopping) Would you propose charging these people too?
Gosh....I would have been bankrupted before my teens with all my self inflicted injuries!
I would have been bankruptured too.
