just because it isn't mentioned, doesn't mean it didn't happen.

but its good for the media to focus on the positive. its a shame they always look for the negative when it comes to notting hill - iften for weeks before the event.

perhaps location is also the key. 2 miles in london makes a massive difference to crime rates.
Damn clever those Chinese, having their festival where there is a low crime rate.
policing is done by the local tongs. Offenders will be dim sum tomorrow.
well thats subjective. they were quite close to one of the greatest establishments of sustained criminal activity - parliament.

Can't ever remember there being any stabbings or shootings in Parliament, not in recent history however.
can we include back stabbing and shooting yourself in the foot ?
