cells can go awry before birth. A great many of these abort spontaneously; plus nowadays it's sometimes possible to discover abnormality before birth, and women may choose an abortion.
As for becoming disabled during your lifetime, it can be the result of an accident or other external factor; or just the aging process.

Well sometimes that happens, other times not... it's all the luck of the draw.
All that having two very closely realted parents does is cause a gene or series of genes to be replicated.
Now this could workr to or against the child's advantage from a purely genetic point of view.
A child could inherit a recessive gene from it's parent's that either make it above average intelligence or way below it.
Practically it takes three or four generaitons of very close breeding to produce a significant amount of physical or mental problems in a significant amount of children, that being said it Is possible that incest will lead to health issues for the offspring, and you might want to try phrasing your quesiton a little more clearly, then people wouldn't misunderstand you and you wouldn't feel the need to swear at them :)

Some are disabled by accidents.....I am, as have broken my leg.....that's y I'm on here annoying all of you. Disabled get 33% discounts on some holidays including their carers. Not much fun trying to climb Mt Everest or the Great Wall of China with crutches and wheelchair.
All sorts of perks abound, if only I could chuck the crutches or find a self propelled wheelchair.
Use what you have 'cause tomoro you could lose 'em.

Incest increases the chances of hereditary problems occurring, hence our royal family and it's nooks and crannies.
I am sure Supa doesn't think people choose disability and it is not wrong to ask if incest increases chances of disablities occurring. Cos it does.
Maybe a more delicate turn of phrase by all parties would help keep the discussion to the facts.
The degree of relationship and the number of generations over which close-relation breedng occurs are also important.
Lastly, incest is by no means the sole cause of disability.
