Thom Yorke Makeover Photoshoot

Can anyone remember which magazine published a poster of Thom Yorke (of Radiohead) holding a sign saying something like "Give me straight eyes. Give me a facelift. etc etc". They'd then digitally made him over so that he looked 'normal'. I think it was something like NME or Select about 3-4 years ago, but I can't find anything on the internet about it now.
