the way this Government & DC, G.O. come out with their So Called Frighteners? do you honestly think this country would be an outcast? or is the intention of totally selling out G.B. / UK?

most of the so called information from both sides is being delivered in the form of frighteners. as far as I can neither have any real information of what is likely to happen and so they just try to scare us.

No not an outcast. It is no one's interest for nearby countries to have issues since it effects economics nearby. I think that they are latching onto possible short term issues as changes occur and exaggerating worst case scenarios as far as they dare. As far as they are concerned they as content to see their country as an impotent pawn in a more powerful block run by an elite. It suits their personal aims. Whereas others with nothing to gain should see more value in having one's country regain control of it's own destiny, run by the democratically elected once more. After all one can still sign agreements and stand with other countries without needing to be one with them.

can't help but agree on that OG. visited Norway recently (have many friends there) and their opinion is, we would be better as a nation, free from the mesh of joining the eu.

Why is nothing being said about the LEAVE camp's frighteners ?

We have heard from some of their high profile supporters, with their comments likening the EU to Hitler, and other such absurdities. But it seems that the only people who rae trying to frighten us is the STAY camp.

Look at the comments here on AB. I realise that I am in the minority as I wish to STAY, but whenever I make a comment, there are some on the other side who use the opportunity for vitriol. These are mostly the Usual Suspects and are easily ignored.

But we need a reasoned and adult debate on this subject, with facts and figures, not insults.

Not so absurd really, Hitler would have invaded the UK given the chance, The EU is invading us by stealth, we are losing control of our Country to a bunch of unelected self-serving bureaucrats and a lot of our citizens are stupid enough just to roll-over and allow it to happen, they should be ashamed of their traitorous behaviour.

I think the comparison to Hitler is merely an observation as to how dominance of Europe has been tried before. Not any indication that the same violent tactics are being used this time. One can read too much into comparison, I don't see it as a fear story. I don't think it is in doubt that ever closer union is the aim, and that there is no sign that there is any attempt to make the system democratic by electing those with the real power.
