it's Whitehall Court. The hotel and National Liberal Club are part of it. It's waaay back nearly opposite the London Eye, though, miles from Tower bridge.

I did say I might have got a bit mixed up where it was ,the cameras kept showing all the different boats under a lot of bridges and there was only a quick glimpse of it |
