Name of London Building

can anyone identify this building please
I saw it near the end of the Jubilee river pageant just over to the right from Tower bridge
it looked like a large mansion with round grey turrets

it's Whitehall Court. The hotel and National Liberal Club are part of it. It's waaay back nearly opposite the London Eye, though, miles from Tower bridge.

yes that is the one ,I have been reading about it now,thank you all for your help.
I did say I might have got a bit mixed up where it was ,the cameras kept showing all the different boats under a lot of bridges and there was only a quick glimpse of it
