Army pension

Just under a month ago I reached my 60th birthday and therefore eligible for my preserved army pension and terminal gratuity. As yet the lump sum has not appeared. Did anyony else have any bother getting their dues.

Have you been in touch?, if not, post back, I have all the relevant details.

Going by your age, you qualify, but that depends also on how long you served.

Silly question, but are you sure they have your new address or if paid direct up to date bank details?

Question Author

Thanks for your interest. I have given all the relevant info and have had a letter to tell me the value of pension and terminal grant and that it would be paid with effect from the 29th April. It is that it has not been paid into my bank. I have phoned and was told that I would have to write in. I have written but no response. I seem to be in one of those vicious circles
