Knitting pattern help please!

Am making babies bolero cardi.
Am on LEFT FRONT.

Pattern says as follows:

Shape neck: Work 2 rows,dec 1st at raglan edge in each and every foll 2nd row AT SAME TIME dec 1st at neck edge in every 3rd row.


Well with the correct side(knit side) facing me would you say the left hand side is the neck edge? As that is also the raglan side.......

erm, just picturing it, lol

left side of bolero
with the good side facing you the left side is the neck, the right is the raglan (sleeve) side.
it is left and right AS WORN x

Ive done back of bolero, and both left and rightr front. now started on 1st sleeve, looks ok so far lol. Its cream wool, so I bought a red flower button and a red butterfly to stitch on the front.
