Decor advice needed for my wedding! Please help!!!!!!!!!

Hi guys,

I hope someone can help me. For my wedding I would like to create a night sky effect indoors. Black material, small fairy lights... etc. Does anybody know where I can find this online? Or a company that do this? I have no idea where to even start looking.. I've tried googling but not having any luck.

It can't be a marquee though.

PLEASE help me!!!
