There's always T.J.Maxx (Note the 'J ' - T.K.Maxx is the UK company).
There are also great bargains at Ross Stores at 1372 Broadway. (Similar to T.J.Maxx).

try Ross they usually call it Ross Dress for Less, they even have one on The Strip in Vegas !!!!!
