How To Open Collection 2000 Concealer

Its probably me just being thick
but i have just bought a collection 2000 illuminating concealer, and i have no idea how to get the concealer out!!!
does anyone know how????

If so you just take the lid off and twist the other end until the stuff comes out. I've had a couple of them (and think they're brilliant) and in both cases had to twist it for ages before the stuff started coming out!
