Joe Browns, Sloe Joe Pants

Hi, I love these pants;

Especially because I am only a 29" leg and they can be cut to size.
But I am scared to get the size 14 because it seems too small and they have stopped the size 16.
So does anyone know where I could get some trousers like these that are kinda the same thing.

I wear my trousers on my waist which is a 39" - 40".
So you think a size 14 would fit ?
