Broken hip flask

I tried this on the Food & Drink section but with limited success so this might be more appropriate... A few years ago I was given a Jack Daniels hip flask. It has an embossed leather outer cover and an inner glass bottle with a chrome top over the "shoulders". Like an idiot I managed to break the flask the other night and I'm absolutely heartbroken. Does anyone know where I can get a replacement bottle. I've tried the JD website but they were no help and ebay only has standard pewter/st-steel ones TIA Doc
