Mates of mine ordered an M&S sofa in mid-November 2016 and were told it'd be delivered by end of Jan 2017. Mid-Jan they were told it was postponed til today. Delivery van arrived today, delivery men went to rear of van to fetch it...and it wasn't there. They had no idea why, or where it was. And my friends have yet to be given an explanation or a new delivery date. What has happened to a once great brand?
