Rather a trivial question but I want to send a photo to friend in Spain in a cardboard photo frame.
I know I can pick up wooden or metal frame in a charity shop for pennies but it will make the weight of the parcel much more expensive.
Have tried Boots. Any more thoughts?

You can buy cardboard photo mounts similar to those for School photos etc but they tend to be sold in bulk. Have you got an Art supplies shop locally?

Thanks. Yes but I send stuff about once a week and I'd like to cut down the costs a bit.
I can probably send a photo in a cardboard cutout for the price of a Euro stamp - £1.25 (?).

have you got a local print shop...the sort that prints out photos from your card while you wait? Either that or a local professional photographer might sell you one.
remember, your photo may not arrive unbent if the frame's at all flimsy.
Seen them in tesco.

Mamy. Good thinking. There's a Hobbycraft fairly near. Will pop over today.
