Take her to somewhere like Claire's Acessories and let her pick what she wants for up to £20.00. I know it won't be a surprise but she gets exactly what she wants. Maybe get her to bring a friend to help her choose. Much more fun than an 'oldie' and keep an eye open for what the friend likes, and maybe buy her a little something too?
