Does anyone know what can be done to get your money back on Amazon, I purchased a jacket and it never arrived by the date it says it will, I emailed the seller and all you get is an automated response, I have actually left 3 emails and no answer, so damn angry now TIA

Sorry but that doesn't mean you have been ripped off!
There are many things that can happen to a parcel in the post.

When should it have arrived?

It should have arrived by last week, its the fact that the company dont respond to 3 emails, thats what makes me wonder, I know stuff goes missing in the post too
Contact Amazon who will then contact the seller on your behalf.
dannyk13 is spot on. Amazon customer services are very good. Also if you paid by credit card I think you can claim the money back from the card issuer eg Mastercard, Barclaycard........ If you paid by debit card you will not have any protection for non receipt of goods.
