Definitions of 'best' will vary.

Some people might look for a lightweight model but others might prefer a heavier 'salon' type. Some people want diffusers; others don't.

I've got a Babyliss and quite happy with that but many more that would do the job just as well.
I too have a Babyliss and it does the job for me, nothing fancy though. Used to love driving to work with the top down to dry my hair, sometimes arrived with hair like Bridget Jones though.
