Has anyone had any dealings with Glencara.com of Galway? I ordered a 14-carat gold ring at the end of January and about a month later received an e-mail saying that they were fresh out of gold and had to go down the mine again. I e-mail them occasionally but always get an automated reply saying that they've been inundated with e-mails (probably mine) so they've stopped answering the phone and are concentrating on answering the e-mails !!
