I Am Looking For A Lampshade For A 100 Watt Bulb

I have a fantastic 100 watt light bulb but I am looking for a shade to go with it all the shades seem to say 60 watt so I dont want to burn the shade. Typical bloody EU again

It would depend what type of light fitting really - Table Lamp/Standard Lamp/Ceiling Light ?

What material you wanted etc.

Very very frightening!
I would think a glass shade would be the only answer.
If it's a glorious shaped bulb that needs to be on display, you're best looking at a specialist lighting company.
A modern low energy light bulb equivalent to 100w is only 20w so should be ok in virtually any shade.

1581960 It is not the light, it is the heat a traditional 100 watt bulb gives out.
A 100 watt filament bulb will give so much heat it will scorch most current day shades, or even start a fire.
