If a member is blocked, can they still see what the person who blocked them is selling?

You don't have to log in to eBay to see items, so yes if you have blocked someone they could still see your items if they don't log in to their account.
yes -they are only blocked from bidding on the items. All your items for sale are on view to the public in the UK and Ireland. You can block your item from being seen elsewhere in the world by not offering postage to those places.
yes but they can't bid on or buy them

You can change your eBay username without losing your history though.
