Sparkly White Blouse

Hiya, has anyone ..on thier shopping travels seen a White Sparkly Blouse... or one with a bit of pretty but dainty detail on it! Sis in laws birthday is comming up.. thats what she'd like.. I cant find one... I've not really looked in the shops.. had a quick look on-line.. cant find much... any idea's?.. she's a size 14/16 but quite tall. ..so needs ..or prefers longer length!! Thanks for any idea's
