The directors have filed their annual return for 2011-2012 on 03/04/2012, which suggest that the firm is still trading, but short of travelling to Ringwood to check the shop itself, you may have to wait for the website to be updated/ the new website to be created.

I did wonder. They expanded a year or so ago so I thought they might have over-extended themselves. Pity as they were an excellent shop but it's quite a way for me to travel if they're not there.

Barkers of Ringwood have now ceased trading. Rough Gear are now doing boot fitting, located in the old Barkers of Ringwood shop on Christchurch Road (opposite the fire station). They do proper boot fitting like Barkers used to.
