Rating service on Ebay

I am new to Ebay and purchased an item recently. The supplier has encouraged me to give positive feedback on the service which I received. How do I get to comment on the service. Thanks.

It's up to you to decide not the supplier. Just click on 'Leave Feedback' & you can than leave your comment.

i usually say how it was packed, how fast i got it and whether it was as described! and then end on 'thanks'! in the chart, i always click the '5' column unless they were really slow or the item was rubbish!

i would always contact the seller if anything went wrong BEFORE giving neutral or negative feedback!

oops sorry, yes when you click 'leave feedback' a few boxes will appear!

If you look to the right of the sold item as it is listed on your summary page, you'll see some options written in blue - one is in bold and there is a drop-down arrow that lets you see more. One of these should say 'leave feedback'.
