my mums birthday

my grandad passed away recently and it is my mums 50th birthday in a few weeks but she doesnt want to celebrate it because it is all raw still. i want to get her something but just not sure what anyone got any ideas?

Maybe a nice piece of jewellery, a bracelet or something.

How about a Garden Centre voucher? She may like to have a rose for the garden with an appropriate name or a favourite colour, or there are gifts both horticultural & everything else there nowadays.
What could be a nicer gift for a lady of mature years, than the chance to browse the G.C. & maybe visit the tea shop - a little bit of "Me" time makes a wonderful present.!
