Four Weddings & a Funeral shirt as worn by Andie MacDowell?

Hubby and I were both watching Four Weddings and Funeral last night, when we both said we liked the large grey, black and white check shirt worn by Andie MacDowell .. when she meets Hugh Grant in the wedding gifts shop and takes him off to see her try on wedding gowns. I've been scouring the web trying to find one for him for his birthday, but no luck so far. I wondered if any of your clever folk could help out. Thank you.
